Marinated Version

raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

soy sauce

sesame oil

Non-Marinated Version

raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

olive oil or sesame oil

garlic powder

tsp
chili flakes

Instructions
For Non Marinated Version:
Toss shrimp in oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt. Stir fry immediately in hot wok.
Heat wok over high heat. Stir fry shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink and slightly crisp. Add vegetables or sauce if desired and cook 1–2 more minutes.
For Non-Marinated Version:
Toss shrimp in oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt. Stir fry immediately in hot wok.
Cook for 2–3 minutes. Finish with a drizzle of soy sauce or sesame oil. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if using.
Notes
