olive oil or butter

Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil or butter.
Once hot, sauté the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
Stir in the lemon juice and salt. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle in parsley if using.
Pour over cooked shrimp or serve as a dipping sauce.
Notes
This sauce works great with grilled, sautéed, or even boiled shrimp. Adjust garlic and lemon to your liking!
