For the Steak

ribeye or sirloin steaks
room temperature

For the Shrimp

large shrimp
peeled and deveined

butter
unsalted

garlic
minced

lemon juice

Instructions
Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium rare) or until desired doneness. Remove and rest.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Spoon shrimp and garlic butter over steaks and serve.
Notes
Use high quality steaks and large shrimp for best results. Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
