Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks or your preferred cut
  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

  • fresh chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat dry steak and shrimp with paper towels. Season both with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Return steaks to skillet. Spoon garlic butter over steak and shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley.
