  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or paprika
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs or almond flour for gluten-free option
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Alternatively, pan sear in olive oil for 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Pat the cubes dry thoroughly using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder or paprika.
  • Coat each cube lightly in panko breadcrumbs (or almond flour).
  • Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Alternatively, pan-sear in olive oil for 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Notes
