Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tbsp canola or peanut oil divided

Instructions
 

  • Add remaining oil to the pan. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Add remaining oil to the pan. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Stir constantly for 30 seconds.
  • Return chicken to the pan. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens and everything is heated through. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes

Feel free to substitute broccoli with snap peas, green beans, or zucchini. Adjust chili for heat or add crushed peanuts for crunch!
