Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Skillet (for garlic butter)

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ribeye steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Garlic Butter

  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Place seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes depending on desired doneness (135°F for medium).
  • While the steak cooks, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Transfer cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, experiment with Cajun or Montreal steak seasonings. Don’t overcrowd the basket, cook in batches for best results. Reheat leftovers gently in a skillet with a touch of butter or broth to retain moisture.
