  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and stir to coat with the melted butter.
  • Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  • Stir in the milk. Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash for a thicker texture.
